Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Communicates with Clients / Customers regarding testing enquiries both in written and verbal formats
  • Coordinate with Clients / Customers for non technical issues
  • Timely communication to facilitate resolution of customer complaints and issues
  • Provide timely and high level quality of Customer Service to both internal and external customers
  • Record all Customer interactions and maintain Customer Service Contacts within the CRM platform
  • Any ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications:

Education:Associates Degree or equivalent Customer Service experience(>5 years)

Expertise or Experience:

  • A minimum one year experience in customer service
  • Prior experience with web-based CRM platform preferred
  • Well organized, detail oriented and good time management
  • Able to handle stressful situation and have good analytical skill
  • Knowledge of Salesforce system and/or other software for CRM
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Putonghua, Cantonese
