Duties & Responsibilities: * Communicates with Clients / Customers regarding testing enquiries both in written and verbal formats * Provide a high level quality of Customer Service to both internal and external customers * Provide timely follow up of inquiries to ensure prompt resolution of Customer inquiries * Record all Customer interactions and maintain Customer Service Contacts within the CRM platform * Any ad hoc projects as required


Qualifications: Education: College Degree or relevant Expertise or Experience: * At least 2 Years’ experience in customer service field, preferably with 3rd party testing company * General technical knowledge with garment testing and/or hard goods testing (furniture, electrical, Kitchenware, etc.) * Prior experience with web-based CRM platform preferred * Excellent phone and email etiquette * Web / Chat Customer Service experience preferred * Well organized, detail oriented with good time management skills * Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast paced environment * Fluent in written and spoken English, Putonghua, Cantonese
